Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and qqgg ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the qqgg website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at qqgg.vin. These Terms apply to all users who register, access, or interact with the platform in any capacity.

Access to and use of the qqgg platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions. qqgg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times you access the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

• You must hold only one registered account at any time. Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different one, is strictly prohibited.

qqgg may conduct additional verification checks on any account at its sole discretion. Failure to complete requested verification within 30 days may result in withdrawal of pending transactions and suspension of the account pending resolution. Users who self-exclude through the responsible gaming tools are not eligible to open a new account during any active exclusion period.

Account Registration

Creating and Managing Your qqgg Account

Each player may register only one account with qqgg. During registration, you are required to provide your legal name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth. qqgg uses this information to verify your identity and to comply with applicable financial and security requirements. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

qqgg supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqgg does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of qqgg.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the same method being available. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, qqgg will contact the player to arrange an alternative.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes qqgg's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. qqgg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant event occurred.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

qqgg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the qqgg platform. Where a material change is made to these Terms — that is, a change that materially affects players' rights or obligations — qqgg will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account.

qqgg maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms. Players who wish to review a prior version of these Terms may request access by contacting qqgg support. The version published on the qqgg platform at any given time is the operative version and takes precedence over any previously communicated or cached version.

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
